Things yet again have gone from bad to worse for the corrupt Fulton County DA Fani Willis. Now the state of Georgia is officially stepping in and holding rogue prosecutors like Willis accountable for their flagrant politicized lawfare. We are going to see the latest on what the Georgia officials are doing to crush the Democrats’ desperate attempts at election interference. Even CNN is admitting this is a disaster for the prosecution!
– Georgia governor Brian Kemp passed a bill to prevent prosecutors like Willis from blatant corruption.
– Judge Scott McAfee has thrown out several charges against Trump already.
– CNN has admitted that Fani Willis’ credibility and entire case have completely crashed!
Georgia governor Brian Kemp has just signed into law a bill designed to rein in rogue prosecutors like the utterly corrupt Fani Willis. The new law grants a committee known as the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission the authority to establish rules for disciplining and removing prosecutors who they believe to be acting unethically. Kemp is going after prosecutors who are deliberately abdicating their law enforcement responsibilities, particularly in Georgia’s cities. Soft-on-crime prosecutors, especially the ones funded by George Soros, are getting backlash all over the nation, even in places like San Francisco.
Criminals no longer fear being prosecuted which is originally what this new law was designed to deter and remedy. But given what’s happening in Fulton County, many are noting that this new law is exactly what states need to deter the weaponization of the law against political enemies like we are seeing with Fani Willis. If this Judge in the case, Judge McAfee, does not remove Fani Willis, this commission may step in and do just that. It offers another layer of accountability amid the obvious corruption of the Fulton County DA’s office.
Governor Kemp’s actions follow on the heels of a Georgia Senate committee investigating Fani Willis’ conduct. They have subpoenaed defense attorneys such as Ashleigh Merchant who have been testifying about how Fani Willis and her boytoy Nathan Willis allegedly lied to the court about when their affair started. It’s now being widely recognized that no matter what this judge or the committee does, Willis’ case against Trump has imploded.
Judge Scott McAfee has just thrown out six of the charges in the indictment, three of which deal directly with Trump at the heart of which was the controversial racketeering charge that in many ways was the centerpiece of Willis’ case against Trump. Jonathan Turley discusses this on Fox News:
This case will be delayed until after the November election. There’s no way around that. This case now, no matter what, is not going to trial before the November election.
Fani Willis’ case just imploded. This case is unraveling right before everyone’s eyes, and there is nothing CNN can do to shill for this anymore. Originally, they did everything they could to carry Fani Willis’ case. CNN did everything they could to pretend that this was some kind of valid case against Trump. Now it’s over. They are admitting that the whole purpose of this case was to interfere with the 2024 election. Even CNN is admitting this. So things have gone from bad to worse for Fani Willis, the Democrats, and Bumblin’ Biden himself!
