Kamala’s CNN Interview Was A DISASTER! Polls PLUMMET!

Kamala’s interview on CNN on Thursday was, according to one report, an absolute dumpster fire. Kamala’s scripted, pre-recorded 18 minute CNN interview sitting next to her emotional support animal, Tim Walz, is getting ridiculed all across social media.

– Kamala Harris’s pre-recorded CNN interview was widely criticized for being a disaster, with her appearing tired, slumped, and unprepared.

– Dana Bash’s interview with Harris was criticized for being overly favorable compared to her hostile questioning of JD Vance.

– CNN was running damage control by framing the pre-recorded interview as live, highlighting perceived incompetence in both Harris and the media.

The CNN scripted, pre-recorded, and edited interview was an abject train wreck. She was completely unable to give an intelligible answer and the optics were a disaster. During the interview, she looked tired, she was slumped over, and she looked like she didn’t want to be there.

She often hesitated in her answers, slurred her words, and constantly looked down as if referencing notes. People on X observed that these are the faces actors make when trying to remember their lines:

The disaster started with the clip that CNN used to preview the interview. A preview is always one of the best, most enticing parts of the whole, because the whole point is to make people want to watch it. As far as CNN editors were concerned, THIS is the best Kamala had to offer:

She said “we should apply metrics that include holding ourselves to deadlines around time.” According to the queen of word salads, it is now the highest priority that we as a nation have deadlines around time! Dana Bash asked the question of why she’s flip-flopping on so many issues by providing her with multiple choice answers: why are you flip flopping so much? Is it because you’ve matured? Is it because you were previously running in a Democrat primary?

The contrast between this toddler interview with Dana Bash’s ridiculously hostile interview with JD Vance, which he knocked out of the park, is incredible. Bash not only asked questions that read like Democrat talking points, but she defended and championed Kamala Harris in that interview. She somehow did a better job defending Kamala than Kamala could.

Kamala’s answer for what she would do on day one of her presidency was unintelligible. This question is specific and Trump has answered it numerous times. He has said he is going to close the border immediately (just like Biden and Harris could have done any single day in the last 3 ½ years of their administration), and he is going to ‘drill baby drill.’ Here is how the Democrats’ new nominee, who never received a single vote in the primaries, answered that question:

This was a pre taped interview that was edited. It could not possibly have been more favorable to Kamala, and she still turned it into a train wreck. Everyone on that panel knew it. Another way CNN ran cover for Kamala was by framing it on TV as if it were a live interview! The bottom of the screen said ‘CNN live.’ But this interview wasn’t live, it was pre recorded.

This foregrounds something that Tucker often remarks on. Tucker notes that he spent his entire life among the elite. His father was a journalist, he’s spent his entire life living amidst the permanent political class, and one of the things that he has noticed is just how utterly incompetent they’ve become. The more ideologically recalcitrant they’ve become, the more their cognitive critical thinking skills have eroded.

This candidate is clearly incapable of rising to this occasion. Her incompetence is second only to someone who is actually suffering from cognitive decline, senility. She is then being broadcast to the world through a media outlet that is suffering from its own confidence crisis. That panel at CNN with the exception of Scott Jennings, the lone Republican, had a very low collective IQ level. The frames of reference by which they analyze and interpret the political scene today is substandard which is even seen in the production as they claimed that this was a live interview!
