Kamala Harris as the nominee is probably the greatest gift we could possibly get for November. Right now, she is the most obvious alternative to Bumblin’ Biden because there are some very clear strictures in terms of what the Biden campaign can do with the $90 million dollars they have left over.
– Kamala Harris’s current favorability ratings are quite low.
– The polling data from swing states showing Trump leading both Biden and Harris indicates a tough road ahead for the Democrats.
– Harris has been responsible for the border, which has been a disaster and is a top concern among voters.
Biden’s team has about $90 million cash on hand. Biden has already spent tens of millions of dollars, outspending Trump 6 to 1. It’s likely going to be Kamala in November because she is the only candidate who can get access to that $90 million. There is no legal requirement for the funds to go back to voters, and the only one besides Joe who has access to that $90 million is Kamala.
When the Biden for President committee filed its registration statement with the FEC, it registered itself as the quote ‘principal campaign committee’ for both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. She is the only one who has access to that money. No other candidate, under FEC regulations, has access to that money.
What we’re about to see is Trump, the Godzilla of politics, face off against one of the single most unpopular and mocked politicians on the planet. Kamala’s favorability rating, according to over a hundred polls averaged out, is polling LOWER than Sleepy Joe. She’s at 37.7% favorability, which is an unmitigated disaster. No one wins a presidential election with that low of a favorability.
Of all the options to Biden, Kamala is by far the weakest. In the swing states, Insider Advantage shows that when Trump is facing off with Biden he’s up +5, +4, and +3. When he’s matched up with Harris, Trump leads +10, +6, and +7. The Trump campaign hasn’t even begun spending its hundreds of millions to take her down with ads like this:

All the Trump campaign has to do is basically say one thing: what has been the single issue that Kamala has been in charge of? She has been responsible for the southern border. If the one thing she’s been in charge of has been an unmitigated disaster, nobody wants to imagine what will happen if she’s in charge of everything.
This is why the entire editorial board of the New York Times want Harris gone. They want anyone but Harris because they know that she is entirely unelectable. No matter who the Democrats put in here, were they to pull off a win, their win would be seen by tens of millions as completely illegitimate because this is not the person that millions of Democrats voted for to be their nominee.
Kamala never even came close to winning a primary. She had to bow out of the 2020 race because her polling was so embarrassing. No matter who they put up, that person is going to be seen as completely illegitimate by tens of millions of voters, many of whom are going to be Democrats, who once again have been disenfranchised by the elites in the Democrat Party. So it’s not just Kamala that’s a disaster. This whole scenario is a disaster. This is the Democrats’ worst nightmare coming true!
