As you know, in the days and weeks leading up to the election, we were inundated with all kinds of polling that showed Kamala Harris running away with it; the Washington Post touted that Harris had a massive lead in the early voting, Ann Selzer of the Des Moines Register actually claimed that Harris was winning Iowa by 3, which anticipated shockwaves throughout the mid-west and rustbelt states! Merist had Kamala up nationally by 4!
And in the midst of all of that insanity, there were a handful of pollsters and data analysts that saw a very different race, and one of them was of course the great Mark Mitchell of Rasmussen; and once again, Rasmussen polling has earned the title of being one of the single most accurate pollsters in 2024; and here to take a much-deserved victory lap is the man himself Mark Mitchell!
