Shocking Evidence of Election Rigging in California

President Trump and the Supreme Court are gearing up to tackle what many see as blatant election fraud in California. This is not just a hunch—it's playing out in broad daylight. We've witnessed this before during the 2022 LA mayoral race. Conservative businessman Rick Caruso led Karen Bass on election night, only to see his lead vanish as late mail-in ballots poured in overwhelmingly for Bass. By the end, a race Caruso was winning flipped completely, handing Bass a decisive win by nearly 10 points. Fast forward to this year, and the same pattern is repeating in LA's primary, with the initial results shifting dramatically as post-election ballots are counted days later.

- California's election system allows legal loopholes that favor Democrats.
- President Trump's Executive Order aims to ensure voter verification.
- The Supreme Court may soon rule on the legality of post-election ballot counting.

The real scandal here isn't just the apparent election rigging—it's that it's all happening under the guise of legality. Larry O'Connor, familiar with the LA system, emphasizes that everything unfolding in California is technically legal, which is precisely what makes it so sinister. The California election laws operate under a system that registers anyone walking into a DMV to vote, with no verification of citizenship. California has become the national leader in issuing driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, with zero ID verification for voter registration. Despite federal law requiring voter roll maintenance, California has admitted in lawsuits that they haven't cleaned their rolls in years. This means everyone who visits the DMV, regardless of legal status, gets registered, and every registered voter receives a mail-in ballot.

Larry O'Connor, who hasn't resided in LA County since 2012, still receives notifications about his ballot being mailed. He has no clue who's actually voting in his name. California's allowance for ballot harvesting compounds the issue. Political operatives can collect ballots from voters and decide which ones to submit. All of this is perfectly legal under California law. Mail-in ballots require no ID verification—just a signature, which can be as simple as a smiley face, with no cross-verification. Ballots arriving up to seven days after Election Day are counted without a postmark, trusting the handwritten date on the envelope. This system is cunningly designed to keep the Democrat Party entrenched in power, with the media defending these practices as routine and expected.

Enter President Trump, who has declared enough is enough. On March 31st, he signed an Executive Order titled 'Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections.' This mandates that the United States Postal Service receives a verified list of legal voters from each state, 30 days before an election. If you're not on that list, you don't get a ballot. Each ballot would feature a unique barcode linked to a specific voter, ensuring a trackable chain of custody. The legal basis for this is simple: mail-in voting relies on the United States Postal Service, a federal agency, which ultimately reports to the executive branch. Hence, the federal government has the constitutional authority to regulate its use in federal elections.

This Executive Order is a direct strike against ballot harvesting and phantom voter rolls, and the left is predictably outraged. Twenty-three state attorneys general have filed suits, with the ACLU also in court. However, a federal judge has allowed the order to proceed amid ongoing legal challenges. The Supreme Court's upcoming ruling in Watson. The Republican National Committee could add to this momentum. The case questions whether federal law, which has stipulated a single Election Day since 1845, means mail ballots must be received by Election Day, not just postmarked. If the Court rules in favor, it would invalidate laws in 14 states, including California's seven-day post-election counting window.

The Democrats' operation depends on post-election timing—eliminate that, track every ballot, clean the voter rolls, and their system crumbles. They know this, which is why they're fighting tooth and nail. But time, ironically, may be running out for them.
