Karl Rove, the rabid never-Trumper who along with Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy, has been trying to destroy MAGA forces within the Republican Party, is admitting that the Trump Ballot Ruling is backfiring on the Democrats. We are going to see how more members of the establishment are turning their backs on the conniving anti-democratic Democrat Party and its banana republic antics, signaling that we are about to see our own Berlin Wall come crashing down.
– Support for Biden is plummeting among the left.
– Even radical never-Trumpers do not support the blatant weaponized legalism seen in Colorado and other courts trying to take Trump out.
– Tightening voting fraud laws in crucial swing states are causing the left to panic about their chances in 2024!
A growing consensus is building that the ridiculous, anti-democratic attempt by the Democrats to kick President Trump off the ballot will not succeed. Breitbart is reporting that Republican state lawmakers in three states are, right now, drafting legislation to remove Joe Biden from their respective state ballots.
Republicans in the states of Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania are drafting legislation that would remove Biden not only from the presidential ballot in November but also from the Democrat primary ballots. Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, noted immediately that the legal reasoning given by these four Democrat ‘justices’ could be just as easily and arbitrarily applied to Joe Biden. If you’re going to disqualify someone from the ballot based on finding them guilty of a crime they haven’t even been charged with let alone convicted of, then any candidate could be barred from any ballot for any reason!
All that is needed is to unilaterally declare someone guilty of a crime they have not even been charged with, and then use that as a pretense to disqualify them from the ballot. This is exactly what these Republican lawmakers are doing! Here’s the statement they gave to Breitbart:
“We are joining forces to introduce legislation to remove Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office. Democrats’ insane justification to remove Trump can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his ‘insurrection’ at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business dealings with China.”
But it’s not just Republicans who are coming out steadfastly against this pathetic and ridiculous stunt from the anti-democratic Democrats. Even fellow Democrats are joining the growing chorus of outrage. Dean Phillips, the Minnesota representative who is challenging Biden for the Democratic nomination, is the latest Democrat to distance himself from this Colorado circus. Phillips as a Democrat even voted to impeach Trump twice, but even he thinks this ruling is outrageous.
Even members of Congress who voted to impeach Trump think this ruling is insane. Never-Trumpers like Rove, Trump’s fellow candidates for the Republican primary like Nikki Haley, DeSantis, Christie, and even Democrat presidential candidates who voted to impeach Trump are all coming out and openly denouncing this decision from the Colorado Supreme Court as an illegitimate act of partisan politics. It is the blatant weaponization of our court system.

Justice Carlos Samour said, “The decision to bar former President Donald J. Trump by all accounts the current leading Republican presidential candidate (and reportedly the current leading overall presidential candidate) from Colorado’s presidential primary ballot flies in the face of the due process doctrine. There was no fair trial. I have been involved in the justice system for 33 years now, and what took place here doesn’t resemble anything I’ve seen in a courtroom.” Even this democrat judge is calling out how utterly sinister and perverse this ruling was!
Ultra-leftists at the Washington Post, the editorial board of the Washington Post, which normally shills for all things woke, have publicly come out against the Colorado ruling. Truth is often stranger than fiction. They admitted that the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision is predicated on two unfounded points. First, they claimed that Trump participated in an insurrection, which of course, he did not, and even the FBI concluded that after a thorough investigation, there was no insurrection. Second, they concluded that the 14th Amendment barring an insurrectionist from office applies to the office of the presidency, in other words, the 14th Amendment circumvents the carefully articulated constitutional impeachment process whereby a person is barred from the presidential office.
The two-fold premise of this Colorado Supreme Court’s decision is absurd and renders the decision invalid. This is the leftwing rag Washington Post editorial board admitting this. They are admitting something even more. Simply put, they are admitting that Biden cannot win. The tacit admission in all of this, whether you are a part of the ever-shrinking freak show that supports the Colorado ruling or whether you are a part of the growing consensus calling out its absurdity, is the tacit admission that Biden simply can’t win.
Even the far-left site Slate.com is openly admitting that Biden’s campaign is over. Their recent headline said: ‘There Is No Precedent for How Bad Biden’s Polls Are Right Now.’ The bi-line reads: ‘It’s even worse than it looks.’
They make two arguments here. First, they point out that the RCP average, which aggregates all the various polls out there, is currently showing President Trump with his largest lead ever, and it keeps growing. The RCP average has Trump leading Biden by nearly 4 points, and when Bobby Kennedy and other third-party candidates are included, that lead jumps to over 5 points. They recognize that we have never seen this before. Trump has never led the RCP average, either nationally or in swing states, ever against Biden. This is why the Colorado court did what it did, and this is why Jack Smith is indicting Trump. Biden cannot win, so he has to cheat.
This is also revealing that they do not think they can pull off another 2020. It could be because so many states have cleaned up their voting laws, like Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin which have now banned ballot harvesting. Trump’s lead is now way beyond the margin of fraud. The anti-Democracy Democrats believe they have to default to a patently corrupt weaponized legalism to stop what appears to be inevitable. Trump is poised to clinch the Republican nomination with a dominance that we have never seen from any other candidate in history. No one believes Biden even has a chance of winning at this point.
